Terms of use

BBB App is a virtual business secretary and assisted-services platform. It organises business information, provides readiness guidance, manages service orders and directs customers to official sources. Scores, reminders and matches are planning aids—not government verification, legal advice, credit decisions, bid awards or funding approvals.

You must provide accurate information, keep login details private, confirm official deadlines and authorise every protected government-portal action. You may not upload information you are not entitled to use or use BBB App unlawfully.

CIPC, SARS, CSD and other authorities control their own systems and decisions. Unless an approved integration explicitly states otherwise, BBB App records customer-supplied or reviewed evidence and does not claim a live official verification.

BBB Free provides limited starter access to the guided readiness assessment, basic company workspace, checklist and general guidance. Private evidence storage, editable compliance calendars and connected Canva require BBB Digital or higher; monthly human review, priority support and compliance interventions require Corporate Compliance or higher; tender readiness, profile and matching require BBB Growth. Advanced features may also be made available by a qualifying pilot coupon or explicitly granted pilot features. Coupon access is limited to its company, scope, activation and expiry terms, and ends at expiry or revocation. A coupon is not a payment, does not create or replace a paid subscription, and cannot grant administrator or operator access. The R380 human-help appointment is a separate once-off paid service; it does not include a subscription. Other catalogue services are enquiries through the existing WhatsApp flow and are not purchased in-app.

Prices shown are in South African rand. A subscription purchase is recurring and renews monthly at the displayed amount until cancelled. To stop future renewal, contact BBB App support at businessboxapp@gmail.com before the next billing date; cancellation timing is subject to Paystack processing. Access continues through the confirmed already-paid period. A once-off catalogue purchase does not renew and covers the stated intake or deliverable only. Statutory, verification, advertising, hosting, professional or third-party fees are separate unless expressly included before payment.

BBB App does not store full card details; payment details are handled on Paystack-hosted checkout. Refund eligibility is assessed under these Terms and applicable law. No automatic or guaranteed refund is promised. Test checkout is available in Preview only and does not take a real payment.

Essential authentication, security and session storage is always enabled. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are separate choices, off by default, and do not load before explicit consent. You can change or withdraw either choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Cookie marketing permission covers optional browser technologies only and does not give BBB App consent to send direct marketing by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another channel; any such consent is separate. No non-essential analytics or marketing code currently runs; future integrations must check the applicable consent before loading.

Tax and accounting work is delivered by, or under the supervision of, an appropriately registered practitioner. Accreditation, construction and other regulated matters may require an authorised specialist. BBB App may coordinate those services but does not issue a regulator’s approval.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to BBB App or third-party and government systems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
